This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for both product purchases and rental services.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Processing)

You may cancel your order before it is processed for packing or preparation.

If the order has not been processed yet, your cancellation will be accepted and the refund (if applicable) will be issued as per our refund policy.

2. Cancellation After Order Processing

Once the order is:

1. Packed,
2. Customized,
3. Decorated, or
4. Shipped,

cancellation is not allowed.

This is because our products often involve customization, decoration, preparation time, and materials that cannot be reused.

3. Cancellation for Customized or Made-to-Order Items

Orders that include:

1. Customized Thambulam plates
2. Wedding Aarathi plates
3. Personalized decoration items
4. Special theme designs

cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Since these items are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

4. Rental Booking Cancellation

For rental jewellery or decorative items:

A. Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:

✔ Full cancellation free (if no work has started)

B. Cancellation after 24 hours:

A cancellation charge may apply, depending on:

1. Preparation work
2. Blocking of inventory
3. Date commitment

C. Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before event):

Up to 50% cancellation fee may apply due to reserved stock and preparation.

5. Order Cancellation by Magic Touch Fancy Collection

We may cancel an order if:

1. The product is unavailable
2. There is an issue with payment
3. Incorrect pricing due to system error
4. Suspected fraudulent activity
5. Incomplete or incorrect customer details

If we cancel an order, the amount (if paid) will be refunded fully as per the refund policy.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be:

1. Sent to the original payment method, or
2. Issued as store credit

Refund timeline: 5–7 business days (subject to bank/payment gateway processing).
