1. No Return / No Exchange for Certain Products

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Wedding rental jewellery
2. Customized Thambulam plates
3. Wedding Aarathi plate decorations
4. Special order or made-to-order items
5. Used or damaged items

Once delivered or collected, these items are considered final sale.

2. Returns Accepted Only for Damaged or Incorrect Products

We accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:

1. You received a damaged product
2. You received the wrong item compared to your order

In such cases, you must inform us within:

24 hours of delivery
