  2. Tamil Nadu
  3. Other locations across India (based on courier service availability)

Some products may have delivery restrictions based on size, weight, or fragility.

2. Order Processing Time

  1. All standard product orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  2. Customized items (such as Thambulam plates & Aarathi decorations) may require 2–7 business days depending on design complexity.
  3. Rental items must be booked in advance and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.

Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeline is:

  1. Local Delivery (Trichy limits): 1–2 days
  2. Within Tamil Nadu: 2–5 days
  3. Rest of India: 4–8 days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  1. Courier delays
  2. Weather issues
  3. Festival seasons
  4. High-volume periods

We will notify you if there is any expected delay.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  1. Order weight
  2. Delivery location
  3. Type of product
  4. Urgent delivery requests

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout (or informed during booking for rental items).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  2. Tracking ID
  3. Tracking link (if available)

For local deliveries handled by our delivery team, you will receive an estimated delivery time via phone or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the package is not received due to:

  1. Wrong address
  2. Unreachable phone
  3. Customer not available

The order may be returned to us.

Reshipping may require additional charges.

7. Damage During Delivery

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share photos/videos of the product and packaging
  3. We will arrange replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy

Important:

Do not accept packages that look tampered with, opened, or damaged.

8. Shipping for Rental Items

For rental jewellery and decorative items:

  1. Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled in advance

  3. Items must be returned in the same condition

Any damage or missing pieces may incur additional charges.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  2. Additional charges may be incurred
  3. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details

10. International Shipping

Currently, Magic Touch Fancy Collection does not offer international shipping.
